Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:-

• 1 cup (255 ml) buttermilk

• 1 cup (240 gm) sugar

• 1/2 cup (120 ml) oil

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1¼ cup maida

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder

• 1 tsp baking powder

• ¼ tsp baking soda

Recipe:-

First of all, in a large bowl take 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract!!

Now mix well with the help of whisk for 5 minute!!

Then add 1¼ cup maida, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda!!

Now mix all ingredients well!!

Then scoop the batter and pour into cupcake liners two-third to 3/4 full!!

Now preheat oven and bake the cake at 180° or 356 degree fahrenheit for 30 minutes!!

You can use cake mode too!!

Now check it by toothpick !! It’s ready or not!!

And now decorate it with nutella and bournvita!!

Amazing muffins are ready!!
