Veg Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is an Indian cuisine fried food item popular in India!!

Ingredients:-

• 1 cup chopped cabbage

• 3-4 tsp all purpose flour/ Maida

• 2 tsp corn flour

• 1/2 chopped capsicum

• 2 chopped green chilly

• 1 inch chopped ginger

• Water as per requirement

• 2 tsp Red chilly sauce

• 2 tsp Tomato ketchup

• 1 tsp vinegar

• Soy sauce

• Salt as per taste

• 1 tsp black pepper powder

• 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

Recipe:-

First of all, Take one bowl add 1 cup finely chopped cabbage!!

Now add ½ tsp salt and black pepper and red chilly powder!!

Mix well making sure everything is combined well,

Further, add 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour and mix well!!

Form a soft dough adding maida if required!!

Now prepare a small sized balls!!

Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium!!

Stir occasionally, until the balls turn golden brown!!

Drain off the manchurian balls and keep aside!!

Now in a large wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli!!

Further, add ½ capsicum and stir fry until it shrinks slightly!!

Now add 2 tsp chopped cabbage!!

Add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, ½ tsp pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt!!

Stir fry making sure all the sauces are well combined!!

Add 2 tsp slurry of cornflour!!

And cook it well!!

Now add prepared manchurian in it!! And cook it for 2 minutes!!

So here easy plus everyone’s favourite manchurian is ready for serving!!

  • Preparation time :- 10 minutes
  • Cooking time :- 20 minutes
  • Total time :- 30 minutes
