Jamnagari Ghughra

Ingredients :-

• For outer covering –

• 1/2 cup maida

• 1/2 cup wheat flour

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp ajwain

• 2 tbsp oil

• For Stuffing –

• 2 boiled potato

• 1 cup boiled green peas

• 1 tbsp oil

• 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

• 1/2 tsp chat masala

• 1/2 tsp garam masala

• 1 tsp lemon juice

• For serving –

• 1/2 cup green chutney

• 1/2 cup dates tamarind chutney

• 1/2 cup nylon sev

Recipe:-

In a bowl add both flours, salt, ajwain, ghee and crumble well!!

Add water and knead a dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes!!

In a pan add oil heat it add boiled and grated potatoes, boiled peas, ginger green chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala and lemon juice mix well!!

Cook for 3 – 4 minutes on medium flame!!

Now take small ball from dough and roll out small poori!!

Place a spoonful of stuffing and grease the corners with water!!

Fold into half moon shape and make design with hand!!

Prepare all Ghughra similarly!! Fry all Ghughra in heated oil at medium slow flame!!

Now the ghughra in a serving plate and cut into center!! Put both chutnies!! And sev with it!!
