MalPua

Malpua is a pancake served as a dessert or a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular in India!!

Ingredients:-

1 cup wheat flour

1 cup jaggery

1 cup milk

Clarified butter for frying

Recipe:-

Boil milk in pan, add jaggery and stir till jaggery melt and turn into syrup. Remove from the flame, transfer into a bowl and keep aside to cool slightly!!

Add the whole wheat flour and mix well till no lumps remain!!

Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using a little ghee!!

Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it evenly to make a (5″) diameter circle!!

Cook, using a ghee, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides!!

Serve immediately and enjoy yummy quick dessert!!

  • Preparation time :- 15 minutes
  • Cooking time :- 10 minutes
  • Total time :- 25 minutes
