Ingredients :-
• 1 cup sabudana
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 medium potato
• 4-5 tsp peanuts powder
• 1-2 green chili
• 6-7 curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 lemon juice
• Coriander
Recipe :-
Take one bowl sabudana, soak up in water for 3-4 hours!
Then heat oil in a pan on medium heat! Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds!
Then add the diced potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring often until potatoes are almost cooked!
Then add the green, curry leaves and cook for 1 more minute!
Add the drained sabudana to the pan along with salt and sugar and turmeric powder. Mix until well combined!
Cook for few minutes until most of the sabudana pearls become translucent, stirring once or twice!
Then add peanuts powder and cook for another 2-3 minutes! Remove pan from heat.
Add lemon juice and coriander !!
Serve it with curd and banana chips!!
